    I use various flash drives to back up my pictures in addition to backing them up on my external hard drive. 128GB seems to be the sweet spot for price versus capacity.

    It reads very fast but writes much slower than it should considering it is a 3.0. Unless you reconfigure it it will not copy large files which is the main reason to buy it.. to reconfigure it - right click, select format it will state exFat (default) open it and select NTFS - select allocation size as 4096 bytes save it and exit. Now you can use it to copy very large files.

    It is a good USB. I have been using a SanDisk USB forever. The style is still the same with the slide in and out with no cap protection. The read and write speeds are much quicker compared to my old USB 2.0
