problems with password

I cannot get in to the files, very upset. I know it is a good tool but for the password issue it is frustrating. if you know of a solution I would gladly appreciate it.

Don't let the flimsy plastic grasp fool you, they are sturdy and come with a 5 year guarantee when you register them.
