Not bad, could be better.

I am able to transfer files between my iPad and Mac easily.... However, I have two of these and both have malfunctioning “switches”. They do not lock to either side very well and I find myself having to hold and press weirdly to get the thing in what ever device I am using.

Worked for only a month

Best Buy exchanged it for another one and seems to be working fine. Not sure why the original stopped working. Unit becomes extremely hot during heavy usage.
