My unit had something wrong with it. After transferring data from my computer, I plugged the device into my phone (Samsung Galaxy S9+) and accessed the data. Nothing complex - just some ebooks. After a few minutes, the unit was not just warm but very hot - uncomfortably so. I tested the port on the phone by using the adapter that came with the phone and a UBS thumb drive (also by SanDisk) - no problems with either the adapter or the thumb drive. A bit warmer than usual for a drive but nothing very noticeable. I contacted SanDisk and was told that the degree of heat was not usual and I should return it to Best Buy. I really like the idea of this drive but I think I will wait awhile before I buy it again. A few too many buyers have had the same problem. I am sure SanDisk will get it fixed - I have never had a problem with one of their drives before.

Needed to move pics from my Samsung phone. This Flash Drive was easy to use and purchased it at a great price!

The flash drive works as intended but is a bit slow in my opinion. Speeds tend to fluctuate from very fast to very slow. Good buy at the price I got it at, which was around $25

I copied my O/S to this as a backup. If I get a crash I can boot from here and copy back to a new internal drive

This a perfect for work and school, very practical to bring with you every where.

good usb storage and it's nice to have usb C as well. speeds are the same as usb3.0... no real difference.

it helps my sister to keep save and transfer files from her phone and Pc. good purchase.

Using the Sandisk app for my Moto Droid Force Z, it will recognize the drive, then not recognize the Drive. I have Not been able to completly transfer my pics from my phone to the drive yet.
