used this to replace a dying HD. Easy to install. Reasonable price. Not the fastest SSD - but unless you're scrubbing really large videos, how much speed do you really need? This is plenty fast for the 99% of consumers

This SSD is fast and has a good amount of storage space. Couldn't ask for anything more out of it. Does what it needs too.

I recently purchased a new laptop. The laptop had good specs except that it included a spinning hard drive instead of a solid state drive. I had problems with the laptop almost instantly. Programs were crashing and the background tasks that windows has kept the disk usage at 99% more often than not making it hard to get anything done. This little guy saved the day. Since installing this into my laptop I have had NO problems at all. The best part is the laptop can restart in about 20 seconds.

The San Disk 1tb is definitely a fast drive at a very reasonable price. I see that it has gone down in price again. I say, go for it

I bought this to replace the 1TB hard drive in my laptop. Easy install and awesome speed. It's like a new computer.

Purchased for a new PC build and wasn't looking to pay a premium for Samsung EVO. It is very fast and while not as speedy as costlier options the increase in speed over a standard HDD makes it more than worth the cost especially if you can find it on sale! Extra kudos to BestBuy for their price matching policy. Purchased in store but the item then went on sale online. Price was adjusted with no trouble.
