I purchased this to install a fresh copy of Windows10 64bit onto my desktop. Boot up time is pretty quick, seek times are really fast, alll the hard drive I will need for a while since it's 1TB.

This drive has been a speedy replacement for an older conventional drive. Only issue at the start was getting it formatted - it was finicky at first and I had to delete the partition and recreate before it would format. After that minor hiccup, it has been working very well.

My 320 GB SATA drive was dying, I purchased this as a replacement. Works great. Much faster than the old style drives. I also like the utilities that are supplied with it.

Purchased this with a computer to swap a 1 TB 5400 to a SSD. This drive was on sale at a great price. Took the transfer with no issues and increased the speed of the computer. Well worth the investment.

I used to have a 250 gb ssd as my boot drive but it was already full so I upgraded to the 1 tb ssd now I can install the apps that iuse the most, and keep my 2tb hdd as the general storage drive

This is the 3rd one of these I've bought (the others are still in use). I bought this one to complement the nvme drive in my new laptop. It works beautifully. Highly recommended.

Awesome drive to replace your existing hard drive on your windows based laptop. It’s a Solid State Drive making it more reliable. I do not recommend at home replacement of Apple computer hard drive.

Swapped out for 1 tb hard drive. Much faster than the traditional hard dives, boot up is way faster and access to files is much improved. Prices are dropping on SS drives and well worth it to swap it out!

You need this drive in your life. Not only is it quick and easy to install, but it is super fast ! Loaded windows 10 in about 9 mins using usb3 and this drive. And the price is perfect.

This SSD was purchased to replace a Western Digital of the same specs which died after 2 months of very light use. It was my main drive in a desktop. It's a good thing that I had a backup image of that drive otherwise I would have lost everything. The Sandisk so far has been working perfectly, no issues at all. Read and write is fast as expected. The price was right.

My PC boots in less than half the time. Overall performance is amazing. I upgraded my old PC with this ssd drive and it's like a new computer again. I would definitely recommend.

Couldn't decide between this one and the Samsung drive. This one was on sale at a very good price, so I went with it. Easy to install into desktop PC, works perfectly and speeds up system quite a bit.

Cheap enough and large enough to use as the primary and only in my gaming system. Used to purchase SSD for OS and separate mag drive for data. This is very fast and boot time in less than a minute!

This drive is lightning quick. My computer has never been so fast. It was simple to install and clone my original hard drive. One warning; I used Macrium instead of the included software.

I was looking to upgrade my computer but didn’t have a lot of money to do it. I had a regular ddr 1tb hard drive but it seemed slow. After speaking to a Best Buy geek squad I decided to replace the hard drive with this 1tb SSD drive. Saving my old drive as a backup drive. The computer is definitely running faster. Exactly what my intentions were. Also, I could not have done it without the geek squad. The squad did all the install and setup. Transferred all my data, etc. All part of my tech support membership. Completely satisfied with decision, and install. Just an FYI. They were busy when I did this and the install process took 1 week.

One of the better SSDs I've bought over the years. Solid construction and great performance. Write speeds are top notch with even Sata 3 and load times are short.
