    It works at proper USB 3 speed, but the metal body of it gets scorching hot if you have any kind of sustained reads or writes to it. Not really expecting it to last long with these heat levels.

    This flash drive works just fine, and does the job that I need. That said, I'm surprised that it isn't as fast as I expected. The advertisement says that it copies a full length movie in 45 seconds, but I don't see how that's possibly true.
