The SanDisk - Ultra 64GB USB Type A Flash Drive has quick transfer speed, and I use it to back up PC harddrive data and store it at a location other than home. It's compact size is perfect for this purpose. I have two SanDisk flash drives which are frequently rotated offsite. I've found SanDisk products to also be reliable in the past.

What a great product at a great price! I purchased this one for my grand daughter to use for her home work. Her teachers grade her homework and return the San Disk Flash Drive back to her and this disk is used over and over for her home work; without any problems. They are safe and dependable! It is very durable; it is carried in a back pack for the whole year on a key chain without any problems.

These days size does matter and never forget speed. You have to go big or go home these days when it comes to flash drive. 64GB is the new norm because what is happening is many of us now have a collection of flash drives from 1GB and up. Since we carry larger size flash drives we also have to migrate to faster speeds. I don't do anything anymore (unless I have too) but USB 3.0 or I am sitting around waiting.

I have several of these SanDisk 3.0 flash drives I use for storage as well as using for transferring files from two computers in my home. I also use them when I do genealogy research at the local library. Instead of printing out pages, I download them to my SanDisk flash and take the information back home in my pocket. SanDisk is indeed my favorite manufacturer and this recent purchase is one of my best!

My son is loving it. Super fast, easy setup and great price for the amount of storage.

I got it on sale which was great, and I didn't realize that it has a vault you can put secure files on which was really nice! However, they say that the password can't be recovered or switched so make sure you know the password and type it in right or you won't be able to access your locked files. Its a great product that works good though.
