It wouldn't read or recognize. At first I thought it was the computer I was on, but I tried it on 4 different machines and no go. I was able to get a replacement through Sandisk because the 14 day return period was over. Hopefully the replacement one works!

The updating process requires research on the consumers responsibility. It is soooo unclear on exactly where to go get the update. We were successful because my friend was a Geek Squad computer geek. OMG! I accidentally stumbled onto the solution.
