    this was a free card. I though all I needed was a 2GB but I was wrong with this 8 GB card I didn't have to download my pictures until I got home.

    I've used SanDisk SD memory cards in varying memory capacities for years, and have consistently found them to be solid performers, delivering great quality images with a card that is durable enough to be frequently removed from the camera for downloading of pictures. This new one seems to have maintained that tradition and is performing quite well for me.

    Easy to insert and take out of camera and card reader. Has had no loss of detail or pictures. Was easy to format. According to Best Buy an 8GB card will hold around 1300 photos. I have never taken that many photos in one session in my life.
