It overheated for me

Problem is that the moment I plugged it in, it gets really hot. It would get super hot when it was just plugged in and no data was being transferred. It got really hot for no reason. That alone makes this otherwise good product bad.

Tried reloading the data on to my computer and it did not take it. I have put on the software on my phone but must be a configurable issue with the usb port. I reallly do not know for I followed all instructions. Looks like i have to call it in but plan to do this once i get a free afternoon. Wish it could have been easier. Will let you know when it works.
