Q: what's dual drive mean ? I it two dives?
A: Hi, please be informed that the Dual Drive USB Flash Drive does not mean that there will be two separate USB Drives. Dual Drives is a term that we use for the USB Flash Drives that we have designed with two different types of USB connectors. For eg. USB Type-A and USB Type-C in one single USB Drive. This helps you in using the USB Drive in two different devices one at a time like a computer and a mobile phone. This eliminates the inconvenience of two USB Drives used with two different types of USB Drives.
Q: Is this made of a plastic or metal casing? Cannot find that information anywhere on the site.
A: It is all metal.
Q: Is this compatible with Samsung S9+?
A: Yes, the SanDisk®️ Ultra Dual Drive Luxe USB Type C 32GB will work in the Samsung Galaxy S9+ as it has Type C and supports OTG (On-The-Go).
A: Please be informed that the SanDisk® Ultra Dual Drive Luxe USB 3.1 Type C is not compatible with the Apple iPhones. However, we manufacture separate drives for iPhones i.e iXpand Flash Drives.
Q: Will this work with a MacBook Air laptop?
A: If it has a USB port, it will work.
A: The drive pivots with two ends.. I had no problem putting the 'C' end into my Samsung Galaxy. Go back to Best Buy and they can show you. Bring packaging too
