I use this drive for music in my car. Full size drives vibrate out of the usb port as I go down the road. This is small enough that does not happen. Also it has a small loop at the end of the drive so it is easy to get out. I have another drive that just has a smooth bead at the end and is hard to get hold of. I have had a number of Sandisk thumb drives and they all seem to hold up well. Being a 3.1 usb speed is not a problem.

My boyfriend bought this to use for his cameras. This is a super cute flashdrive and super cheap too

Upgrade to a newer car and I would always put my old MP3 files on a thumb drive. Even though most of myusic listening in done via streaming at this point thks drive proves useful because ot is small and compact. When plugged in it isn't pertruding its tucked away noce and neat.
