The local Best Buy tried to old head me into thinking I didn't know what I was doing and that there was probably not a problem with the drives. I know more about computers than their GEEEEEEk squad does!!!!! So I tried this model of SanDisk, same process, same files, and it worked seamlessly and was much faster. Also I like the smaller size, but I have a tendency to lose them. So I tried

But I'm a little worried about long term performance. The construction is all plastic; the usual metal insert is also plastic; and there are no vent holes. When I make copies, mine gets pretty hot, but then its just warm when I use it to playback individual mp3's.
