The problem is, unless it's a trusted source, you may wind up with counterfeit goods, which may work fine until that one time that you need it. There are ways to verify the authenticity of what you purchase on auction, but most you can do only after you've bought. So if you're going for name brand memory cards, buy from a trusted source.
