Great card for a great value

I got the card for my Nikon AW100 (my P&S’er), but there actually was a little bit of an improvement in the processing time before the next capture could happen. I may even pick up another card, just in the MicroSD format for my Garmin VIRB Elite and see if it does anything for its processing time as well.

OK price, decent brand

Roughly a dollar a GB is the price for SD cards. The price for this was reasonable, but no bargain. This SD card was an Ultra Plus, which has a transfer rate of 80 MB per second. I am using this in my laptop computer as a backup for documents. So far it works great. You cannot, however, use this card in older style cameras, like the Nikon coolpix, it doesn't work. Be sure to check the camera documentation before buying this card.

Works great with my camcorder!

It would stop recording every few minutes or every few seconds (it varied) and would completely corrupt some of my clips! I'm a vlogger, so one clip missing can cause serious confusion about what the heck I'm talking about. Turns out I needed a class 10 SDXC instead of a class 10 SDHC. Not sure why it's so complicated, but ever since buying this one (with a big discount) my camcorder hasn't had a single issue!
