    Not happy with this TV mount at all. I checked and the website said it will work with my Samsung 43” TV. So the screws that it came with and there are a lot where either too long at 50 mm or too short at 35 mm. Nothing in between. The same for the spacers either too big at 22mm or too short at 5mm. Okay so maybe I could combine some of the washers to make things work, nope. Only 4 of each. I had to search forums for the proper length screws and then had to order a kit from Amazon to be able to them gets the bracket on the back of the TV. Next getting the mount onto the wall was its own chore as the height finger app and the template in the box did not match up exactly. In the end I got my TV on the wall a little lower than I wanted but close. Expect this will take you a while if you have never done this before.

    We talked with three different people on this purchase of new TV and wall bracket and fire stick and cables. The only thing that worked in our case was the tv. The other three items needed to be returned because they would not work or be compatible. this was after three people were involved in giving their opinons. Home visit, the sales person in the store and the geek squad member.
