    Watching TV has finally become more comfortable, New multi-flex wall mount makes it easy to view programming from anywhere in the room, particularly when you are confined to an electric scooter.

    Got this for my 55” tv, quality js super nice. Came with all the hardware need to mount.

    haven't gotten install yet -Geek Squad goof up

    I think that this should work, but I have had multiple problems with getting the TV installation rescheduled through Geek Squad. I need to make sure that they haven't charged me multiple times for getting nothing done.

    Cockeyed mounts.

    Got two of them for 55" TV's that weigh under fourty lbs. And just the cord weight makes the TV's hang cockeyed. Visually unhappy. They should have made it so you can lock position in place.

    Does not work on All 55" TV's

    Great Product but Does not actually fit all 55" inch TVs for sure. Bought a new Samsung TV and the predrilled holes on back of TV for a wall mount are two close together for this wall mount to work. Now need to waste time and money looking for a wall mount that will work.

    Bought 2 days ago and installed. Easy to install, but takes awhile. However, it performs poorly. It won't stay turned in the direction I want and slowly turns to the right. Will never remain centered. Very disappointed, if it didn't take so long to install I would take it back off the wall and return. Will try to improvise with some homemade contraption to hold it in place first. Disappointing with how much I spent on the mount and TV.

    Poor lag bolt quality

    A lab bolt failed when being screwed into a wall. After purchasing another lag bolt, the second bolt provided with the unit failed as the TV was being hung. Thankfully the only damage was to drywall.

    Hate it. Tv keeps swinging outward. Used a leveler to mount.

      Hi there,

      Have you tried to adjust the post-install level adjustment? If you wall plate it levels you might need to adjust the TV level to get it to stop swinging. See page 11 of the IM from reference.

    Fits "most" but definitely not all TVs 32-55

    Make sure it fits. I've tried it on two TVs one 55 and the other 42 and didn't work for either one. Sales person in the store told me when I was buying the 55 TV that the mount would work....guess not. Also, they wouldn't take it back because past 30 days.

      Sorry to hear that. How large was your TV? This mount is rated to hold TVs from 32"-55" and up to 55 lbs.TVs larger than those specs are not recommended.

    Sold us the wrong product for our TV, returned

    Bought the wall mount ahead of receiving our TV, installed wall mount. Once the TV was delivered there was no way the TV would fit the wall mount. Went back to BB and complained, Chip showed us a Rockfish that would fit and sorry for the error. It was not his fault he didn't sell it to us. Returning the wrong one, the correct one will be delivered 7/3. Hope it works!

    Horrible Quality Control

    Its installed now but not after a horrific experience. Missing multiple pieces of hardware and some of the screws were the wrong size. I ended up making multiple trips to Ace hardware just so i could make it work. Absolutely inexcusable for the price i paid. What a joke.

    This mount secures the TV well enough. I am certainly not worried about it falling off the wall. However, it is a pain in the but to get level and swings way too easily. I have a 32in flat screen mounted so not like I am pushing the weight capacity. The TV almost wants to angle its self all the time. I would not buy it again.

    did not work on our wall and did not center properly as needed. Alo did not fold in against the wall as designed.An returning.
