    Had to return the product since it requires being mounted into a stud which I could not do due to the location. The product might have been fine but it should have put the stud requirement on the outside of the box or the salesperson should have told me,

      Hi there,

      Sorry to hear this mount didn't work out for you. For future reference, full motion or swivel mounts aren't recommend for drywall install. If you are looking for a mount that would work for a drywall install a fixed or tilt mount mounted with snap toggles may be your best option.

    I purchased this item then found one very similar on Amazon and paid one fourth the price of the Best Buy item. I returned the Best Buy product.

    The bracket is for my outdoor TV and it does not hold the TV in one position. When the wind blows the TV acts like a sail and moves to another position.

    Just meh…. Full motion loosens quickly and it’s basically just good for flat against the wall. Needs a lot of tweaking

    not advised well on this... wouldn't fit tv and best buy had now answer during installation and had to return to store - who delayed my additional instgallation for weeks thanks

    the vertical type bracket installation is much more difficult on metal stud walls. almost impossible.

    I definitely recommend this product. I have 2 of them in different sizes. 1 in my garage/workout area and 1 on my rear deck. They’re easy to install and maneuver really well. The arms have valleys and covers to help manage the cables and cords. The only drawback is if the wind picks up, it’ll move the TV. I’ve tried tightening the set screws, but that only helps a little. But it’s excellent in an indoor application.
