    This is my second purchase. I used in a rental and it lasted a one year. The unit became tilted and eventually would not stay in position to the extent I used an anchor to keep it from swinging in the opposite direction. I gave 3 stars because even though I tightened the hex screw on the arm, it only fixed it temporarily. I personally didn’t like the tightening system or that it came loose. I purchased a second for benifit of doubt as it may be a renters fault especially regarding the tilt. Will see how it goes.

    I'm very pleased with the Sanus TV Wall Mount. It was easy to install and is supporting my 40" TV quite well. The swivel makes connecting the cables a breeze and puts the TV on just the right angle for viewing. The space I had to mount the TV in was pretty tight but again the swivel and the amount of extension provided by the arms was ideal for the space I had to work with. It's a solid product.
