    Installed it in my son’s college room, very tight quarters. The ability to fold against the wall and then be able to extend, swivel 90 degrees and tilt made it perfect

    I love it, I needed it for the corner of my small room. It’s a 40” TV so that was important that it could be flat against the wall then pull it out at an angle when I need it.

    Ran into trouble with power cord interference with the mounting plate. They include standoffs (bushings) that created tclearance to allow connection. Great set up direction. excellent stability

    Great TV Mount for small TV. I like it because it is sturdy, and it was easy to mount to a single wall stud. The stand allows the TV to swivel in any direction.

    This is my second TV wall mount from this company and from Best Buy. Both are really good products that I am happy with and I may need more in the future and will return to Best Buy if I need more.
