    Unit very easy to install with guide (s). The nly thing is the metal is very thin and fragile. I bumped it twice and plastic caps fell off and bent metal. Unable to replace caps. Other than that is a good unit

    Been needing this exact design of wall mount as I had very little wall space to mount to. Finally came across this one being one of the only ones designed for a 40” with the single arm/anchor point function. Works great.

    Bought this product for our small television I To go in our kitchen. It is very close to the wall and rotates at every angel and pulls out forward for great viewing.

    We are very happy with this wall mount for our TV. It is bigger than 40", I recall 48", but weighs much less than the maximum weight. It works great. We can see the TV from almost anywhere.

    Installed it in my son’s college room, very tight quarters. The ability to fold against the wall and then be able to extend, swivel 90 degrees and tilt made it perfect

    I love it, I needed it for the corner of my small room. It’s a 40” TV so that was important that it could be flat against the wall then pull it out at an angle when I need it.

    Ran into trouble with power cord interference with the mounting plate. They include standoffs (bushings) that created tclearance to allow connection. Great set up direction. excellent stability

    Great TV Mount for small TV. I like it because it is sturdy, and it was easy to mount to a single wall stud. The stand allows the TV to swivel in any direction.
