Great item but it dosent lock firm. Soft Winds swing the tv Recommend for inside only

The mount is sturdy enough, but really difficult to keep positioned. It tends to swing to one side or to droop, and no amount of tightening of bolts will correct the issues. Mounting almost flush to the wall is essentially impossible.

Was easy to install. worked well. Holds our tv in place.

Cant find a way to tighten the movement. When the wind blows, the TV can move from left to right andback again. If that can be fixed...I'd give 5 stars.

What I don’t like about this product is that the television does not level when you pull it out. Other than that, it does what it’s supposed to do.

The mount is versatile and "flexible". We can move it in so many directions to enhance viewing from anywhere. However getting the screen level with any consistency is not guaranteed.

Great mount for those who want a lot of mobility. Could be a little less expensive

I like that it's compact and can hold a lot of weight for a mount that is this small. The only complaint is that the back mount to the TV is wobbly and can make the TV a little crooked.

We purchased an expensive home security camera package, $700.00 plus an additional to have them installed by the Geek Squad several days later. Our window for service was 7am to 1pm, quite a large window to begin with. On the day of service we hunkered down for the 5 hours of waiting. At 10:30 my husband called to get an update for arrival. The lady simply stated that they installers had until 1:00. By 2:30 we were fuming. No call, no update, NOTHING. We promptly returned our cameras and were refunded as well as for the service call. We again called the 1-800 Geek Squad number to get some kind of closure as to why they were a no show. We were told by the representative that our service was outsourced to a 3rd party. I think the lack of attention is below acceptable. This 3rd party cost the company over $1100.00. That has to hurt during these times.

The swivel doesn’t stay in place sometimes it’s annoying and none of the parts fit our 32in Samsung. We had to mcgyver it to fit, bit of a hassle but it’s up.

It is a very versatile wall mount. The installation was easy.

I should have paid better attention before purchasing that it only swings from left to right but luckily my son likes it so that is a plus.

It’s just a basic swivel tv mount. You can find others that do the same for a much cheaper price.

Swivels back to the wall even after tightening up the screws. Called the manufacturer and they sent an email on how to fix but didn’t work. Took back and got a different make all together.

It hangs on the wall but is very loose and the tv moves around can’t tighten anymore

We bought this Sanus Premium series Swivel TV wall mount for 19" - 40" TVs for my new 32" Samsung TV. It was mounted on the wall on 11/10/20 by Geek Squad as I bought the Premium TV Mounting service. However it already shows signs of sagging & not keeping the tilt & swing positions as it's supposed to stay in. Why is this? I hope it is something I can attend to as do not want to go through this process again.

My 40” tips when the arm is extended all the way out. Fine when it’s flat against the wall but I could have saved a lot of money by buying a flat wall mount. Avoid this one if you want to extend and pivot your screen.

Did not fit our Roku TV, Even though Best Buy rep stated it would. Paid in the butt to get it returned.
