We have to hold the tv in the spot we want it for a minute, just to make sure it doesn't move

When the technician from Geek Squad cam, he said the existing mount was fine and that he would take this new one back. Excellent, honest service.

I used for a 50” which it supports no problem since it was well under the weight limit. Don’t bother getting a more expensive mount unless really necessary when considering tv size

The box also contained a variety of fasteners to mount the stand to any wall construction materials.

I liked it so much that I ordered another one and another TV for a different room. Highly recommend this mount and always recommend Best Buy for electronics.

Called customer service and the agent was very knowledgeable and looked everything up for me. In the end my TV was not a wall mountable unit. So I got a new TV to fit on the mount. I would but product again.

Excellent Wall Mount

It does most of the movement that I would like. I might prefer just a little more ability to move in the upward and downward directions, but maybe that is not possible. Otherwise, it is fine.

I wish it was a little "stiffer" to better hold up to the angle and tilt. Not cheap, but gets the job done.

He needed a stand that could be mounted so that the tv will be perpendicular to the wall. It was easy to install and it was well made and very durable

It’s ok where it’s at, but I wish we would’ve chosen one with a different kind of motion to be able to do all 3 of those. Otherwise, it’s a good product.
