    expensive product not worth the price. actually, i could not recommend even if was 1/2 the price. the mount simply does not offer a sufficient means to level your tv.

      Hi there,

      Have you tried the post-install level adjustment? On the back of the TV bracket, there is a screw right under where it gets connected to the arm that can be adjusted to level your TV (see page 19 in the IM for reference).

    Sales rep that came to our house, to see what we needed had us buy this mount. We’ll when your install guys came, I had to buy one from them it wouldn’t fit a 40 inch tv. Don’t blame rep. Because wording states it is good to 43”. Description is not correct.

    This Wall mount has good quality material and assembly. However the design is not good because is not easy to the user to have it installed and leveled. I returned it to Best Buy. I have installed by myself several TV Wall Mounts and this was the less friendly to have it done in an excellent way. I would not recommend this product at all. Besides, the room to conduct the cables at the arm is too small.

    When the tv is extended to the far left or right it tips left or right also and doesn’t have an adjustment to correct it. I was going to use it in a new home but didn’t use it for 3 weeks, Best Buy only allows 14 days for returns so I’m stuck with a piece of crap. I bought a different one somewhere else. $110 down the drain.

    After a couple weeks, the joints became loose. It swings the TV away when I try and adjust it for viewing. No way to tighten the joints.

    This mount would not hold my tv if we rotated it a certain way. I had to return it. my walls have huge holes now. definitely not worth it. The two mounts I bought will be going back.

      I am sorry to hear that. What was the model number of your TV? Did you have the mount secured into a stud? If it was secured into a stud then it should be able to support up to 35lbs. Any additional info here would be helpful.

    Mounted just fine except the arm will only stay fully extended. Doesn't matter which way I bend it, it keeps coming out away from the wall. Complete waste of my time and money.

    This was sold to me for a 40" monitor which is at the higher end of the capacity rating and it couldn't hold it. Not heavy duty enough, be careful
