The weight of the tv causes the arm to swing out on its own. Ive had to use double sided tape to keep the tv from swinging.

Bolts for Samsung not included

The generously give you enough screws so you don't have to make another trip to the hardware store. Before you begin the guide tells you what tools to have ready. It takes a bit of time to install, but easy enough for first timers. Now that it's installed, it works well.

My problem is that there is too much play in the pivots and the tv does not stay level when you move from one position to another. I leveled it at the position where my wife will watch it and when I fold it back out of the way against the wall, the top side is 3/4" out of plumb on a 32"tv.
