We’re sorry to hear the mount didn’t meet your expectations. This model is designed as an ultra-slim, fixed-position mount, so it focuses on keeping the TV very close to the wall rather than offering the range of movement you’d get with a tilting or full-motion mount.
That said, it does include a few features intended to help with setup and adjustments:
Lateral shift, which allows the TV to slide left or right on the wall plate for final positioning
ClickStand and quick-release tabs, which let you pull the TV slightly away from the wall and unlock it for cable access when needed
If easier access to the back of the TV or more adjustability is a priority, a tilting or full-motion mount is typically a better fit.
