    READ BEFORE INSTALLING The instructions will tell you to use a 1/8 drill bit for wood studs. The lag bolts may get stuck or break in the wood stud and you won’t be able to use the same area of the stud for mounting your TV. The new instructions apparently specify a 3/16 drill bit. Use the updated instructions available on the Sanus website
