Went up easy but...

Called the company for assistance but they were perplexed. The release cords you are to pull down to unlach are not reachable. Had to improvise used a wire coat hanger but you don't get enough leverage to pull down to unlach. My 60 inch TV is stuck on the wall!! And now is acting up. Thinking the power cord has been comprised.
