TV is Stuck on the Wall!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Installing this tv mount was easy and trouble free however there are two strings that need to be pulled to engage it so you can take the tv off the wall. It is impossible to get your hands behind the tv to pull them and even if you do get them behind it, the system will not release. So my tv is stuck on the wall all 70' of it and I really don't know what I am going to do if I need to add or remove cables...Call the manufacturer and they were very little help.

They were the last holes on each end. I elongated the holes with a round file and that solved the problem.

Just make sure you have inset power or flat plugs if your power is behind the tv. Also has to use Velcro for the strings that hung down. The template makes it super easy to hang.
