Then had to take off wall and take back and get correct one. What a mess and very time consuming. We told the two guys we wanted a tilted bracket and that's not what we were sold. Disappointed with your sales people.

Its a good thin wall mount

The main issue with the mount is how easy it is to move around and pull away from the wall it a blessing and a curse especially with kids make sure to keep that in mind.

If your TV is within the weight limit and VESA (mounting) pattern of this mount, then this should hold your TV safely. They did have to go out and buy different anchors that go into metal studs. Also, since it is a fixed wall-mount, you have to use a HDMI cable, not the colored plug-ins, as there is not enough room between the TV and the wall. Had to buy that also.

This model was a step up from the cheapest model, which didn't look like it would be sufficient to hold a TV. It does look very sturdy.

Cables are difficult to access with it in the locked position, but it's fairly easy to unlock the bottom and then tilt away from the wall for access.

They give you a bunch of screws of different lengths but in the thinner size option I needed (6mm) they only give you very short or very long. Had to run out and buy some different ones because I needed to use the spacers provided. The short screws were too short, and the long ones would have gone through the TV screen! For that reason, and the price, giving this an average score. I will say it's solid though once it's up.
