    Not sure if it is the mount itself, the installation by Geek Squad, the TV or the wall studs..........,but my TV sound often vibrates/groans - not sure how to describe what I am hearing.

    It should do the job for most sized TVs. Installation was fairly quick. I wouldn't try hanging anything larger than a 60" on it though.

    The problem with these is it is difficult to get to the back of the TV once it is mounted because it is so close to the wall. It makes it difficult to change HDMI cables if you need to.

    Overall it's a decent product but I prefer to hang my TV mounts with heavier bolts. This is 4 screws that don't appear that strong. Also the sizes of the screws with the product required I use spacers as well. This caused the TV to come out a small bit from the tv. The customer service for the product was excellent. I called for help with the directions on a Sunday afternoon and the guy walked me through the entire process
