    Very upset!!! Waited all day for my delivery!!! Finally got a live person to tell me they never assigned me to anyone to deliver my TV to the wall. I will never have Best Buy deliver anything to me

    This bracket works well and keeps the TV nice and flush to the wall. I like the legs that kick out and allow the tv to rest on the wall while you fiddle with the cords. The drawback is that it is difficult to get the bottom of the TV to clip properly to the bracket. I encountered this with two different tv setups. With a little better engineering this would be 5 stars.

      One trick that you can use, try pulling the strings down when attaching to the wall plate. Please let us know if this works.
