Easy for the handy person to do

Only ran into one problem installing it. The screws to mount the item to the wall came with a proprietary screw head type. They did include a power drill driver bit for the screws, but these were easy to strip. I could not find a similar drill bit in our large hardware store. I had to remove the proprietary screws and replace them with Philips head screws.

Affordable and does the job

This mount is perfect because I dont need the TV to tilt or do anything cool... just literally hang on the wall. My TV is 47 inches and this mount was fairly easy to hang. A more expensive mount wouldn't have been worth it.

I had this on the wall and the TV mounted in less than 30 minutes - and I took my time. The included template for marking the holes to drill was fantastic - that made it so simple and eliminated the guesswork.

Only complaint is the strings just hang down. Didnt see anything in the instruction on if there was a place to put them to hide them away.

Flat tv bracket
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I didn't want people to see the tv bracket so I got a flat as possible bracket BUT the Geek Squad was mounting it on my new stone fireplace & it was too rough a surface to mount. I didn't think about that. So I had to get a tilt/swival mount form Best Buy.
