    I mounted the TV stand myself. It took about an hour. I made a mistake and did not drill one of the screw holes quite deep enough into the stud center per the instructions. When I tightened down that screw it bottomed out in the too short hole and I stripped the insertion tool and screw head trying to force it deeper. I called Sanus Customer Service and told them what had happened. They sent a new screw and insertion tool that same day at no cost to me. My TV installation was only delayed by a couple of days thanks to their great customer service.
