Multiple Complications

It was slightly damaged when the box was delievered but the product seemed alright.None of the screws seemed to fit in the back of my tv, so i had to make a trip to Lowes for different screws (although it stated that the screws wouldnt fit every tv known). Also the drill bit hole specifications seemed off to where I was constantly having to redrill the hole not once but multiple times.
