I wanted a slim mount, and this fits the bill nicely. One should be aware though, that with the close wall mounting, it can be very challenging routing cables depending upon the specific TV. My main complaint is that the company's setup wizard, both on their website and their iOS app, is completely off in terms of height of the main wall plate for a given center height of the screen. Fortunately, it was apparent as soon as I measured for the holes, so I just measured distances myself, which is fine but it would have been nice if their tools didn't try to mislead me. Also, as others have noted, the provided lag bolts to go into wood studs are very hard to drive. I had to drill larger-than-recommended pilot holes and lubricate the screw threads with wax. Using a power driver, be sure to go slow, and be careful that the screws may be seriously hot after driving. Finally, it is very hard with the Sony TV to hide the release toggles, as the mounting brackets had to be down almost flush with the bottom of the TV bezel.
