Would not buy for larger sets, poor quality.

Weight rating is in line with the TV. However, allen screws to adjust the horizontal location of the tv locked and couldnt be removed. Once the tv was hung on the mount, could never the arms too full collapse and lock. Rotational (corners up and down) and angle would not stay locked in place, TV was always at wierd angles. With arms extended tv did not seem stable. Might be ok with a smaller tv, but the allen wrench provided for the allen screws is too small and does ends up stripping the the screw. Online app to determine mounting height is way off as well.

Can't center the tv right or left on the mount

It has a large metal bar in the middle and it does not allow you to move the mount if you have outlets in the way. Also, you cannot move the TV left or right on the mount itself. You have to pull the tv out on the swivel and then you can move it around. Otherwise you better have it exactly mounted in the middle of your wall because there is zero way to adjust left or right life most mounts allow you. This mount is probably designed for new builds where you can install the mount first and then put in your outlets.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear this mount didn’t meet your expectations.
This model does include lateral shift, but it can only be adjusted when the TV is removed from the mount. Once the TV is off, the bracket can slide left or right on the wall plate (as shown on page 9 of the instruction manual). After shifting, the TV can be remounted in the new position.
We realize this isn’t as convenient as mounts that allow shifting with the TV still attached, and we understand why that felt limiting for your setup.

It is still sitting in my living room. It was delivered because I do not have a car. I was informed that FedEx would reach out to me for the return. That was February 11, 2026. Still here in my home. I had to purchase another $250 worth of product to get TV mounted. So, overall not good!!! I will have to spend again for an Uber to return this item. Not good....

We’re sorry to hear about the frustration around the return process — especially since transportation is a challenge for you. That’s understandably stressful.
Since the delivery and return pickup are handled directly by Best Buy and their shipping partners, they’re the best team to follow up with regarding the FedEx return and scheduling a pickup. We don’t have visibility into their return logistics, but we’re sorry this hasn’t been resolved yet.
