I got a 75 inch with this so yeah for anyone that wants to learn from my mistakes

I expected more than I got

After spending hours trying to figure out what I was doing wrong I called the geek squad. They were of no help. Called the manufacturer and poof that tv doesn’t work on that mount. I returned to the store. Ho help there. I returned the unit to find out that they had no idea and weren’t really interested in figuring out a solution. Ended up buying a simple mount that doesn’t do what I want. Frustrated
