The trouble that we ran into was the size of our TV. It states it is for. “Up to 86” TV but it is better suited for an up to 70” TV. I say that because there are 2 issues: 1: It is advertised as an adjustable height stand however; with an 85” Samsung it will only connect on what would be the highest hook. 2: The base of the stand has a flared plastic piece to cover how the stand connects to the post. The 85” Samsung is so big that the TV has a minor tilt up towards the ceiling instead of resting perpendicular. Unfortunately, because of moving, I am past the being able to return it by a week

My on wish is that I would like it to allow the tv a bit lower so my upcoming sound bar would not have a big gap. That said a good product.

Had to read install doc for SAMSUNG TV I downloaded from internet...but things went smoothly after that. Satisfied with how it worked out in the end.
