Bought it for my handicapped wife. She loves it. Paid Best Buy to install. Initially installed incorrectly, but they cam back within days to correct. Very happy with this purchase.

Without damaging your walls and way cheaper. Super sturdy. Holds my 86" tv great.

The swivel is limited and not much of a tilt to it. Because we didn't have time to order a less expensive one from Amazon and had to purchase one that day, we had to pay for this overpriced stand as it was the only one Best Buy offered. It was a little difficult to assemble and required two people to hold it sturdy.
