Only part I didn't enjoy was at the end having to be upside down squeezing cables into very tight space under the arms for neatness. But it's all good when done.

It is very robust. Comes with sinple instructions and is easy to install. Recommended for anybody who wants their tv hanging from a wall

It extends in and out and rotates on the vertical axis (i.e., it offers left/right panning motion). It does not rotate on the horizontal axis, so you don't get up/down panning motion. If you mount it high, you can't rotate the TV to face downward, or vice-versa. It is well-made, but given this limitation, it's somewhat overpriced.

However one of the required tools is a socket wrench with a particular size socket. I had to go out and buy this tool to put up the mount. I don't see why they could not have used a screw and screwdriver for this. It would have done the same job. If you don't mind the small investment or addition to your tool box it's a fine product.
