But if you look through the directions, towards the end - it shows all of the other motions but tilt! I already had mine bolted to the wall or I would have returned it. I also had price matched it to Walmart for alot less... Only giving 3/5 stars due to being sturdy and having 2/3 motions that I need. Luckily Once mounted, there is enough tilt to the TV that it is watchable.

I'm sorry that this is giving you difficulties with the tilt. You can adjust the joists on either arm of the mount to get this to tilt better. Please call us at 800-359-5520 and we can help you through it.
