Super easy to install! I was very happy with the end result.

It does move many ways however I find it difficult to move easily.

Great product only flaw is you are unable to raise or lower TV.

Hanging the TV with this rack is great because it's strong

We installed the mount and found that the tv is secure, but I am concerned. Why you might ask? Because the tv wobbles left and right. This is concerning because over time I have a bad feeling it will get worse. The engineering on this product is poor.

Could not use the mount because the electric outlet is in the middle of the wall above the fire place. The plate to mount the arm interferes with the outlet and there is no way to offset the mount and still center the tv

Installer did a great job....it extends and turns well. Problem is TV is so big that two people need to move it back flat against wall.

Wall mount used for my 60" TV. After it was installed TV stayed in selected position. But after moving it only once, the TV would swing in the mount and bump my wall. The arm coming out of the bracket needs an extra tension screw to keep the arm from swinging in the bracket. It has one tension screw on the smaller part of the 2 piece arm but not on the larger part of the arm attached to the wall bracket. Poor design.

Will not stay in vertical position with my TV. Tightened holding screw does not hold TV Flat with wall surface.

Do not waste your money on this product. My brand new Sony 55" broke off from the arm when titled and Sanus didn't want to help me out at all.

works fine easy install , I found out i didnt need a newer bracket but I have two flat screen tv other is 52 in which had to be mounted !

Works for the TV but seems to not be a lot there to hold such a huge heavy TV makes me nervous

Seemed like a perfect concept but bracket wants to swing out even when you don't want it to. Because you can't lock bracket for mounting...you have to get 2 other people at least just to mount the tv. It has great extension length (25") but the bracket and TV together are very heavy...

Three return trips by talented Geek installer to attempt adjustments. I rate the skill of the installer as excellent, it's the product that's defective not the installer. Wake up! You are paying an installer to make return trips for repair of a product you sell that's defective from the factory. Finally went back to store to order a "Chief" mount from "Magnolia", an in store vendor, that we hope will work as designed. You will then have to make yet another trip at your expense to install. What a waste of time and money for you and the customer.

I researched all mounts for my 65" Samsung 58 lb LED, and this is the most versatile with the highest quality for the price.i needed a mount that would allow me to move the TV from left to right and this will allow u to do so over a span of 4 feet side to side. No sag or creaking and so easy to move.i am very particular and I don't settle for cheap equiptment.if u have a flat screen from 50-70 inches, this is a must have.easy to install and u can always modify the wall brackets to line up with studs with some slight modification. If u can't make this mount work for u then you shouldn't be using the stock TV stand.

After attaching the TV there are a couple of screws to tighten to make the TV secure but they don't, hard to keep the TV level or from shaking. Worst TV bracket I've had in my life.

Didn't like item. Was returned in store. Didn't maneuver how I wanted it to.

The screws were too short to fit in the back of my tv when using the spacers
