This was really easy to install and made my room look so much better!

The finished product looks and works great but there were a couple of issues along the way. First, the drill bit adapter seemed to be mis-sized. When I hooked it up to my drill, it didn't stay locked very well and was unable to make a clean cut through the drywall. So I resorted to using the hand tool they provided but had the same issue...the adapter kept slipping when applying the necessary pressure to make the cut. So that was a longer process than it needed to be. Second, the fishing tape/pole snapped at the connection between pole and hook within seconds of starting to use it. Wasn't much pressure, so just be careful there I guess. I was fortunate that I didn't run into any insulation issues, otherwise this would have been more annoying. Came to find out later that I might have been able to use it still, which leads to my last point... Lastly, the instructions at times were very vague. One such example: "snap the cover off" without any indication as to how. Given I had just seen the fish hook snap, I wasn't about to start overdoing it when trying to get the outlet cover off. And later figured out myself how I might have been able to rescue the fish hook by not using all the provided poles, but was too late by that point. So the instructions left something to be desired. All in all, it worked, but not as painless as the "30 minutes" installation time suggested.

This was so easy to install and it hides all of the cords for my TV system. I love it!

My only tiny complaint is that it's fairly limited in the number of cables it can accommodate. Once you get three or so going through there, it gets trickier to feed additional cables through. But that's no big surprise.

Easy to install because I have a drill. I wouldn’t be able to do by myself if I didn’t have a drill , as a women. After I installed I did found out where I live for insurance purposes best not to do. If a fire was to start the insurance can try to deny me because of the wire inside walls . I remove it after I found out.
