    We bought 2 of these and 1 was missing the cable. I called, I chatted, I went to the store. They literally refused to help me in any way. Obnoxious poltroons on the phone literally told me that I was lucky I did not get charged a "restocking" fee of 25%. Well, these people are obviously better than me and they let me know it.

  • Sold me an opened box with missing parts!

    The design is nice but Best Buy sold me an opened box. All torn and taped up. At full price of 80$ instead of open box price of 47$. Someone clearly bought this, took the power cable, and then returned it without that power cable. I am very angry.

    Your employer sold us something we couldn't use with our Samsung tv because the tv cord is not fire safe for inside walls.
