    Bought two of these. Both of them had issues with install. The first one had the hook from the fish line snap off when trying to pull through. The second had issues with the hole saw bit not properly tightening rendering it useless even with the hand crank.

    Tools are sturdy to use. The in wall wire snake does not work well if the wall has insalation due it being plastic.
