Geek Squad was supposed to install, however never did. They were unable to schedule a time for us! Installation was to be covered by our annual Technical Program coverage - that didn't happen either! Not happy, Best Buy!

Tech had issues installing

The plug housing has an unnecessary Roth and clunky shape so unless technician hits bingo and there is nothing in way- it won’t fit or sit flush on wall- finished product looks just ok.

Know better next time

Got home and realized that was not the case. Parts were broken and a few were missing. Idea of product itself is nice though.

Not what I expected

Way Overpriced

If I had know what this was, I would have gone to the local hardware store and bought pieces myself.

Geek Squad work

I thought with the kit and the geek squad installing it I would not have wires showing all over, but that is not the case.

Don’t let the video fool you!

The TV cord and HDMI cable are now neatly tucked in the wall, and there are no ugly wires hanging down the wall, We are considering getting 2 or 3 more of these for other rooms in our home. We like this kit THAT much! #ad

Easy DIY with Great Results
