I bought this for a new tv laid the parts out hung it and the TV in less than an hour no issues good product

very thin profile - fairly easy to install. serves purpose well.

Very easy to install. However, be mindful of where your connections are on your tv. This is a snug fit to the wall and not much hand room for plugging in cables. Label and plug in wires prior to final mounting of TV and you should be all set.

Got this to mount a new LED TV in a recessed TV mounting box. Easy to figure out exactly where to put the support bar to make the clearances work and fine adjustments after that to get it exact. No complaints.

I bought this product for my 50" screen Samsung, It was easy to put up but highly recommend getting your own tools to find the studs, it took me a long time to do this

It was easy to install, my boyfriend had my tv mounted on my wall within an hour of opening the box. It's very sturdy and easy to dismantle as well. Thanks for a great uh at an exceptional price!!!

only complaint is that the tv does not hold tight enough on the bracket on the bottom therefore the tv bows out. doesn't keep tv tight up against the wall.

We bought this TV mount and installed it to hold our new 50 inch TV. We wanted it to be very safe because we have small children in the house. The mount causes the TV to sit right against the wall. Our TV has the plug in outlets in the back so once you put the TV on the mount you can't get clearance to install the cable or DVD player cords. The mount comes with two strings that you pull to unlock the TV. Once you unlock it you can get behind it to install your devices. Problem is the two strings both broke the first time we tried to use them. We had a TV locked into place that we couldn't use and no way to unlock it. We called and emailed the company. Never got a reply to email and waited on hold for hours to talk with someone (we kept getting disconnected). They are aware of the problem and suggested we try getting something behind the TV and try to activate the unlock buttons. This is not very helpful. The TV sits right against the wall so you can barely even get your hand back there. We tried various tools over a three day period and finally had success by cutting some co ax cable and pulling it through with a wire hanger. It took two people several hours of effort but we finally got the wire in place so we could pull and unlock the TV. A poor design caused a lot of problems. If they simply install a stronger cord system to unlock the TV it would work better. Even if it worked properly I still wouldn't recommend this mount because it sits too close to the wall and won't work for TVs that have outlets in the back. Please save yourself this headache and buy a different product.

I just experienced the same nightmare the other 1 star reviewer of this product had. I wish I had read her review before purchasing this thing, I would have bought another wall mount. You can get it up on the wall very easy, very simple to install. I thought "man, this is awesome!!!!" Then I realized that I forgot to plug in a component, I thought "no problem, I'll pull those little strings to dismount it, plug in my component and I'll be off to Middle Earth in a matter of moments!". I never made it to Middle Earth. The strings broke and the TV sits on the wall unusable because I can't get my hands behind it to plug anything in. The strings broke, so it's locked in place. Even before the strings broke, I pulled them lightly, moderately, aggressively, they gave up. I moved the TV up and down, side to side and it just wouldn't come off. The only way I was going to get this off the wall was to cut it out of the wall. (though, I'm happy to have read that Jenn was able to figure out a way to get her TV off the wall after three days of trying. I will use her method when I move). If you buy this mount, make sure you plug everything into your TV before you put it up. And after you put it up, consider it a new permanent addition to your house! Worst wall mount ever!

This mount works great. It is a simple mount and that is what we needed.

RETURNED. The online info stated fits "most" 40-50 inch TV's. Bought this as a gift and used that info as a guide. Don't use that as a guide. It didn't fit a 46 inch. You must measure the bracket area where it holds the tv-that was off for us by 2 inches. Upset it was misleading. Great sale price for Black Friday but after returning it and getting the right size the price went up by 5x for the right one. BOO!
