The tv mount does it job but there are two strings to pull to release the tv from the mount. One broke on the first pull. Not a good design.

    Great but missing hardware!!!

Mounted my new 60 in TV this weekend which is my first TV mounting attempt. I'm not really to handy but it was easy enough. I was kind of confused on what screws to use because they gave you about 7 choices due to the brand of your TV. I seem to have used common sense since the TV hasn't fell off the wall yet, HA. I did came across a hardware problem. I was missing the stud finder AND the base BOLTS!! and the anchors the directions say come with. I didn't need the anchors but I did need the BOLTS!!!! I had to make an extra trip to Home Depot to get something similar. Not a deal breaker, $1.97 for 4 bolts. It took 3 people to hang the TV cause you want to make sure its done right and everything is clipped in. I was so paranoid trying to sleep that night it would fall off the wall. Still hanging and people are so impressed. Looks great!

When researching for a sleek, sturdy wall mount I looked no further than the Sanus Fixed Position for my newly-purchased 65" television. It was easy to install, and gives my living room the look I was going for.

Worked perfectly for our 50 inch plasma TV in our bedroom. Instructions were very clear and was able to install in less than an hour.

    Good... with an oddity

Pretty easy to install, holds tv well, seems sturdy. However, to get the portion of the bracket that is attached to the tv to release from the wall portion of the mount, you have to pull a couple of strings that are connected to the mount. Not a big deal, but they just look kinda odd hanging down behind the tv once it's installed. Couldn't this also be a hazard with children?

Average mount acquired for a great price on sale! I Pros: Keeps your flat screen close to the wall but gives you the option to utilise the Sanus' Virtual AxisT technology lets you adjust the viewing angle with the touch of a finger. You can lock the viewing position by simply tightening a knob - no tools required But i exchange this from best buy and chose VLT15 which provide tilt feature and less tickles 0.8 inch from wall.

Very Good Mount, I added wood spacers to get some additional clearnce for added wires and cables to the back afterwards. My TV is a 65" series 7100. Still sets close to the wall. Also added a nice Samsung soundbar with wireless woofer. Nice................

Purchased for 65 inch television and works great. Television was easy to connect to wall mount and no problem when needed to be unmounted. Have not had any problems with it the whole time in use since November 2013.

Great mount for my 65" Samsung tv. This was my first wall mount so there was a small learning curve and more detailed instructions would have led to a 5 star review. I was still able to mount the tv in about 20 minutes with my wife's help.

I don't like writing reviews right away for products, I usually wait till I made some use of it. This holds my tv up at a great angle, no complaints

I bought this product and it was easy to install, however it comes with two stings that you pull in order to remove it from the wall and install components, well these two strings broke leaving my tv stuck to the wall. When I called the Sanus customer service they said "oh sorry, we have been getting a lot of calls about this, we'll overnight you a new bracket, just break the old bracket off the wall, bracing the tv as much as possible so not to break the tv." This mount has been nothing but a nightmare. Buy at your own risk!!!

    One SERIOUS flaw

There are four spacers that are used in installation. The manual shows two correct methods for a flat-back TV. However, I wasted a very unpleasant hour and a half juggling a 100 pound TV because if you use the "closer-to-the-wall" installation, the TV WILL NOT attach. You MUST use the spacers in the configuration that holds the TV further from the wall. This problem, which resulted in unnecessary grief, time and difficulty, would merit negative stars if available.
