We couldn't get the tv off the mount and we couldn't reach behind the tv because of the broken kickouts. It caused us to break the HDMI cable because we couldn't move the tv to plug it in. Spend the extra $ to buy the better mount. This one you will regret. It was poorly assembled at the factory. The string attached to the kickout pulled off with a gentle tug and then we were stuck.
